Achieving measurable performance @ PACE with Business Resilience

December 6, 2022
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

In this session we will review Business Resilience as a strategic capability, enabling Project Leaders to navigate the increasingly complex and unpredictable market environment. We introduce Business Resilience Framework, a new comprehensive guidance to drive business benefits in all market conditions. The Business Resilience Framework enables Project Leaders to select a PURE Strategy to deliver Progress @ Pace™ leading to measurable benefits of improved resilience.

The presentation is based on the material from the book “Business Resilience: A Practical Guide to Sustained Progress Delivered at Pace” (https://www.amazon.com/Business-Resilience-Practical-Sustained-Delivered/dp/139860464X) published by Kogan Page in April this year. The authors took advantage of 150 years of collective experience working with the UK government, professional and accreditation bodies, consulting and training organisations, and clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, automotive, software, and higher education to create a robust guidance for sustained organizational progress.

Key points:

  • Business Resilience is the new focus for Project Leaders in a VUCA world
  • Business Resilience delivers sustainable benefits in all market conditions
  • PURE strategies provide practical scenarios to overcome project pain points
  • Profiling tools and measures to track Business Resilience improvements
