BRIT Workshops

What are BRIT Workshops?

BRIT stands for Business Resilience Initiative Team. Organisations will typically adopt Business Resilience as a programme, under direction of the Business Resilience Owner. Business Resilience experts called a Progress Master, together with Initiative Team Leaders, subject matter experts and advisors ensure diversity of thinking when creating optimal solutions for Progress and Resilience.
BRIT workshops build a consensus for the most robust initiatives which contribute to business Progress to Resilience. Our range of workshops are led by a Resilience Professional and qualified Facilitators; to ensure current arrangements are assessed using the Resilience Profile, and useful prior experience, plans and practices retained or enhanced to aid progress. By supporting a culture of design-thinking and modularity each workshop will enable options to be explored or prioritised.

Benefits of BRIT Workshops

BRIT Workshops are beneficial to any organisation which wishes to make progress with enhancing the value or resilience of Products, Services, Practices or Processes; it is the focus of BRIT workshops and the outputs should contribute to organisational progress. Each workshop has a specific objective and deliverables, which will be tailored to the organisation and its situation. Clarity of outputs, and measurable impacts at defined organisational levels avoiding a ‘talking shop’. A Resilience Professional will focus on achieving objectives without bias. All Resilience Professionals Consultants are experienced facilitators and could deliver the workshops, if an internal facilitator is not available.

Recommended BRIT Workshops to implement Business Resilience

BRIT Workshops can be called at any point in the implementation of the Business Resilience Framework or in response to a VUCA event. An important part of the Resilience Professional role is to recommend the most relevant workshop selection depending upon the goals of the organisation and its selected implementation strategy.
